YOUTH AND MIDDLE SCHOOL PROGRAM
Train, compete, and improve this summer with Brooklyn Lacrosse. Designed for boys and girls entering grades 3–8, this program combines skill development, game play, and athletic training in a fun, challenging environment led by experienced coaches, mentors, and BLC alumni.
Field sessions focus on stick skills, shooting, dodging, defense, lacrosse IQ, and small-sided games that maximize touches and decision-making. Players receive position-specific coaching and game experience that translates directly to success during the season.
Program Details
Who: Boys & Girls, Rising 3rd–8th Grade
Dates: Tuesdays in July (7/7, 7/14, 7/21, 7/28, 5:00–7:00 PM
Location: Brooklyn Bridge Park, Pier 5
Format
1 hour skill development
1 hour small-sided games
Training Focus
Stick skills & shooting
Dodging & offensive concepts
Defensive footwork & positioning
Small-sided competitive play
Lacrosse IQ & decision-making
Cost: $400/$550*
*Optional: CAP! Agility Training (Thursdays)
Players can add weekly agility training at Cadet Athletic Performance. Sessions focus on speed, footwork, coordination, balance, and explosiveness to help athletes move more confidently and effectively on the field.
USA Lacrosse Membership Required
A current USA Lacrosse membership ($35/year) is required for registration. Membership provides insurance coverage and supports participation in a nationally recognized, safety-focused lacrosse program. Registration will verify membership status before enrollment is completed.
SUMMER SIXES AND AGILITY TRAINING
Take your high school athlete’s development to the next level with our Summer Sixes and Agility Sessions, powered by our partnership with CAP! (Cadet Athletic Performance).

Tuesdays @ Brooklyn Bridge Park Pier 5 (5-7pm)
Thursdays @ CAP! for Agility Training
Format
Weekly session of skills training and short-sided scrimmages at Brooklyn Bridge Park Pier 5
Weekly agility training at CAP!’s downtown Brooklyn facility (229 Livingston St)
Cost: $300
